I’m a Chronically ill and AuDHD content strategist, and creator who believes marketing shouldn’t leave you exhausted.
I started my business to help manage my symptoms but when I tried to follow all the traditional hustle culture advice, I spent more time flaring then working.
I quickly realized (like with everything else) I was going to have to find my own way!
Now I help others like myself build cozy content strategies that attract the right people, grow their community, and make sales, without relying consistency or motivation.
